Public Act 43 of 2009
1. Amends the Statute of Uses and Trusts by amending MCL 555.1 to 555.27 by adding section 28 (MCL 555.28).
2. Effective: April 1, 2009
3. Summary: Provides that Article VII of the Estates and Protected Individual's Code (EPIC) would control in the event of a conflict between Article VII and the Statute of Uses and Trusts.
