This administrative order is issued in accordance with Michigan Court Rule 2.410 Alternative Dispute Resolution, effective August 1, 2000.  The purpose of this order is to adopt the Local Alternative Dispute Resolution Plan appended to this Order upon approval by the State Court Administrative Office. This administrative order rescinds 1990 - 4 for the reason all civil cases covered by this administrative order have been processed and 1988 - 4 upon the effective date of the Local Alternative Dispute Resolution Plan.
