Current Membership

Pursuant to the authority granted to the Courts of Calhoun County, Michigan, under Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order 1993-3 and consistent with goals of the 21st Century Commission Pilot Project, the 37th Judicial Circuit Court, 10th Judicial District Court and the Calhoun County Probate Court hereby enter into the attached Letter of Understanding for the establishment and operation of the Calhoun County Judicial Council.

The Chief Judges reserve the right to amend this letter as may be appropriate. Amendments require the approval of each of the three (3) Chief Judges.
