Are Michigan criminal records available on line as public records?
Answer
Criminal history records are available on line through the Michigan State
Police web site. You would look for the ICHAT page. This does
require registration and a fee for each look up. Conviction only
information is available. Certain non-profit groups may qualify for
free access.
Apart from the above, you would need to contact the county court which
entered the conviction to see if such a service is available in that county.
