Do the same child labor laws apply to an emancipated minor?
Answer
Child labor laws are age specific and therefore would apply to an emancipated
minor. In other words, regardless of your status as an emancipated
minor if you are under the age specified in such laws, the laws would apply.
This is the same for election law, laws regulating alcohol, and health
and safety regulations.
