Emancipation - If you have legal troubles can you still be emancipated?
Question
If you get in any trouble with the law can you still be emancipated or
not?
Answer
It would still be possible for you to become emancipated but it would certainly
be much more difficult since you would need to convince the judge that
you are able to manage your social and personal affairs in order to meet
the criteria for emancipation.
