Jury - Must an employer pay an employee who on jury duty?
Question
I've currently been selected for jury duty in June. I have a quick question
about how the law works with payment from your employer. I've been told
that you're employer does not have to pay you for your time out as a juror.
Is this correct?
Answer
Whether or not an employee gets paid by his/her employer while on jury
duty is determined by each employer's policy.
